FAQ
It's my goal to create a safe and comfortable enironment where we'll work together to achieve your goals.1. Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes, we offer a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation for all new clients. This session is designed to help us understand your needs, explain our therapeutic approach, and determine if psychotherapy is the right fit for you. Please note, the initial consultation is not a counselling session and does not offer therapeutic advice. It is strictly limited to 30 minutes and will not be extended.
4. Do you offer a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Confidentiality is a fundamental part of psychotherapy, and all client information is treated with the utmost privacy, in accordance with professional ethical guidelines and legal requirements. If you require a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for additional confidentiality assurance, we are happy to provide one upon request.
6. How long are the sessions?
Standard psychotherapy sessions last 50 minutes. However, we also offer extended sessions (75 or 90 minutes) upon request, and these will be priced accordingly.
2. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, PayLah & PayNow. If you’re residing oversees, please contact us for more details. Payment is due at the time of each session unless otherwise arranged.

Yes, we offer discounted packages for clients who book several sessions in advance. Package details and rates can be discussed during your free initial consultation.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of SGD $50 to ensure availability for other clients.
7. Do you offer sliding scale fees?
Yes, we offer sliding scale fees, which are adjusted based on your financial situation. This is different from pro bono work, as it provides reduced rates rather than completely free services. If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, please reach out, and we’ll work with you to find a payment option that fits your needs.
8. Can I claim psychotherapy/ counselling costs from my Medisave or Insurance?
Currently, Medisave does not cover psychotherapy/ Counselling services. However, some private insurance plans or employer benefits may reimburse therapy costs. Please check with your insurance provider.
